Vehicle Painter / Car Sprayer

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Painter / Car Sprayer to join a busy and professional commercial vehicle bodyshop in Hertfordshire. Working within a fast-paced workshop environment, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality paint finishes and repairs on a range of vehicles, from passenger cars to light commercial vehicles.

This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled paint technician looking to join a growing business with a strong reputation for quality workmanship and customer service.

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 16:00

• Preparing vehicles and panels for paintwork
• Sanding, masking, bagging, and priming vehicles
• Carrying out small to medium filler repairs
• Preparing bumpers, bonnets, and replacement panels
• Applying high-quality paint finishes to manufacturer standards
• Colour matching and blending paint accurately
• Ensuring all work is completed to the highest quality standards
• Working closely with the wider bodyshop team to meet repair deadlines

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Painter, Paint Sprayer, or Car Sprayer within an automotive bodyshop
• Strong knowledge of paint preparation and application techniques
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced workshop environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred

• Salary of £45,000 - £55,000 depending on experience
