IT Technician / 1st Line Support
My client are looking for a Support Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and able to undertake project work. They will also be responsible for on site desk top support and remote work as part of a national IT team supporting internal users.
As an 1st Line Support Analyst you will be driving and assisting the internal team through problem resolution across a variety of Microsoft desktop and server technologies. You will have a flare for problem solving & possess high level technical problem solving skills.
Skills & Experience
Windows Server knowledge
DHCP / DNS / TCP / IP
Active Directory - Cloud is advantageous
Office 365 is advantageous
