Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer Location: South East London / London & M25 Job Type: Permanent Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 per annum (DOE) About the Role CleanHeat Limited is looking for an experienced Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join its growing Building Services team. This role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial boilers and heating systems across a portfolio of commercial properties throughout London and the M25. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys fault finding, working independently and delivering first-class service to commercial clients. Responsibilities * Service and maintain commercial boilers. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM). * Attend breakdowns and reactive maintenance. * Diagnose and repair commercial heating faults. * Maintain pumps, valves, pressurisation units and associated plant. * Use Building Management Systems (BMS) to diagnose faults. * Complete service reports and compliance paperwork. * Recommend remedial works. * Maintain excellent health & safety standards. * Provide excellent customer service. Requirements Essential * Commercial Gas Qualifications (Current) * TPC (Tightness Testing & Purging) * Commercial boiler servicing & breakdown experience * Strong fault finding ability * Commercial plant room experience * Experience working on pumps, controls & heating systems * Full UK Driving Licence * Good communication skills Desirable * Gas Booster * LPG * OFTEC * Electrical or Controls experience * Experience within Hotels, Offices or High-end Residential Buildings Salary & Benefits * £48,000 - £52,000 Basic * Permanent Role * Company Vehicle * Fuel Card * Overtime Available * Career Progression * Stable Long-Term Opportunity Apply now with your latest CV for immediate consideration
